The Optimist International Essay Contest is open to students under the age of 19 prior to December 31st for the upcoming applicable year. The mission of Project Graduation is to save young lives by providing safe and sober graduation night celebrations. The Optimist International Essay has to be at least words in length.

The Essay Contest is sponsored by Optimist International to give young people the opportunity to write about their own opinions regarding the world in which they live.
